Bringing Tunes Home - Dunăreanca

This week's tune is "Dunăreanca," a lively Romanian folk dance from the Oltenia region. But in my "Bringing Tunes Home" series, this isn't quite its home... I'm "cheating" and playing it a little further east, just outside Orșova on the Danube!

I had to walk quite a distance to find this idyllic spot, worthy of such a lovely tune. Surrounded by bemused fishermen with their rods, I could only hope their fish appreciated the music more than they did! 😉
