Apfel Strudel and Turkish Coffee features seven brand-new tracks that will take you on an extraordinary music journey through time and space, traveling along the Danube from Hungary all the way to the Black Sea.

This EP weaves together a rich tapestry of music from the 16th to the 20th centuries, exploring a vibrant spectrum of emotions. From joyful dance tunes and heartfelt love stories to poignant and tragic ballads, each track is a unique snapshot of a culture. The collection even includes a captivating Turkish track, woven with the river’s timeless influences.
All tracks have been meticulously collected, arranged, and composed by the visionary Gundula Stojanova Gruen.
